Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. The invitations you received in the mail states the number of seats reserved for you. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Can I bring my children?
While we adore all the little ones in our lives, this will be an adults only event. The only exception are those children in our Wedding Party! We hope you take this as an opportunity to have a fun night out with your significant other!
When do I need to RSVP?
Our venue and vendors require an exact guest count. So to help us in our planning process, we ask you kindly RSVP by August 16th.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be indoors.
Are the Ceremony & Reception in the same place?
Yes! They are both located at the San Ramon Waters venue.
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Arriving to the venue 30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you’re able to find the venue, get parking and settle in before it begins.
Is there a dress code?
We encourage guests to wear elegant and formal attire. Dress to impress!
Are there any colors guests should avoid wearing?
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride ---
whites, ivories, and creams.
Can I take pictures?
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! A photo booth will also be present.
